Food is great. The booths have plenty of gut room so I don't have a table cutting into me. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was the hostess kept seating others and I needed to pay. I have a cane and it's difficult for me to stand too long. I should have been cashed out and then have the customers seated.

Ordered to go. Service was quick. Waited outside and the hostess brought it to us when it was ready. My eggs Benedict had so much hollandaise sauce. It was delicious.

The food was cooked perfectly to order. Our waitress was attentive and professional. We would highly recommend this establishment.

My family and I have been going here for years. its a great small family owned diner. the food is good. the service is great. we love going here. the prices are good. our kids worked there and grew up and always went there late night or after school. going there today and just love it. glad they are still open and always busy! thanks

Was in Rochester visiting my mother. Upon her recommendation we had several meals at the East Ridge Family Restaurant. The staff were very polite and food was good. The restaurant was very clean and felt a little more comfortable than a typical diner style restaurant. We probably ate here 4x that week, my particular favorite meal I had was the Cinnamon French Toast.

I ate here for breakfast with about 12 others from work. Everyone was pleased with the food, service was great for such a large crowd. They were not put off by needing to do separate checks. My pancakes were fluffy with just the right amount of vanilla. Ample parking and lots of seating options
